The issuing shares\u2019 price is therefore equal to the maximum price published in the Memorandum.<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that investors have noticed a tremendous potential and innovation of the Genomtec ID mobile diagnostic genetic platform, which has been reflected in the huge investors\u2019 interest. The overall declaration for the intended shares purchase has been achieved for the amount exceeding 50 million PLN. The Company sincerely thanks all Investors for the trust received and is delighted to be able to proceed successfully with the initial public offering so promptly. This fact makes commercialization of the Genomtec ID platform credible as planned.<\/p>\n<p>Due to an extensive interest registered for the book-building process, the Company has announced an updated share issue schedule. Since 26<sup>th<\/sup> to 28<sup>th<\/sup> October 2020 the shares subscribes\u2019 invitations have been sent to all prospective investors that took part in the book building.
