We are pleased to announce that on 21 December 2016 we filed with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland an invention disclosure for the \u201cMethod of detection of genetic material in a\u00a0biological sample and the relevant detection device\u201d (Application No. P.419907). The subject of the application is the foundation of the technology developed by our Company. The sole owner of copyright to the invention is Genomtec S.A.<\/p>\n

In the near future, we are also planning to obtain the protection for a\u00a0utility model of the diagnostic device, which will provide an even better safeguard for our proprietary solution against competitors.<\/p>\n

We are currently working together with a\u00a0reputable patent law firm to develop a\u00a0long-term strategy for the protection of Genomtec S.A. intellectual property.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
